About this Blog

This blog are my personal writings, my personal thoughts and perspectives on Christianity, faith, and spiritualism. While the posts reflect what I think and feel at the time of writing, it does not necessarily mean I will not change my views in the future. This blog, like me, is flawed, but accepting one’s flaws and redemption and salvation in Jesus Christ is what makes a Christian.

I started this blog in 2019 when I returned to Christ and I really started to ask questions and regularly think on theological matters. It was something to keep myself busy during COVIDtide. My attention to this blog has ebbed and flowed because of life since then. Writing my thoughts down is quite cathartic and while I may not be proud of all my blog, I think it has been an overall positive thing. Part of me hoped that my writings would add to the theological collective knowledge of humanity and become one of the great theologians of my time like William Laud, Richard Hooker, or John Henry Newman; then I realized, I was way out of my league (and also realizing that not many people actually visit/read my blog). Today, all I want out of this blog is to have my thoughts organized and available, if it helps someone then great, if not, then you’ll learn a bit more about this Anglican who lives in Halifax.

The views of this blog are my own, and do not reflect the views of the Anglican Church of Canada (of which I am a member) or any other organization or group of which I may be a member or to which I may have association.
